A Blending of Two Skill Sets—Journalism and Copywriting

Writing for newspapers and magazines honed Apryl’s ability to tell an effective story and capture the imagination of the reader, but it also honed her listening skills as well. This allows her to get to the heart of each client's uniqueness and distill it for their audience.

As a copywriter with a decade of experience, Apryl also understands marketing, and has earned thousands of dollars in Return on Investment (ROI) for her clients with highly targeted marketing pieces such as brochures, sales letters and web copy.

These skill sets earned her the attention of white paper expert Michael A. Stelzner, who selected her in a world-wide competition as his apprentice in 2009. Personally trained by Michael in the art of white paper writing, Apryl worked with him on several projects before launching her own white paper service, and has written successful papers for both B-2-B and B-2-C clients (see samples page).

Apryl is also a Certified Social Media Consultant, and continues to participate in ongoing study with industry leaders. Because social media has changed the way content is distributed, staying abreast of trends in social media marketing gives her an edge in designing white papers that are easily shared and distributed via social channels.
